Therapy for Faith and Spirituality
Faith and spiritual experiences matter.
My Christian faith is an important part of who I am and shapes how I understand the human experience, relationships, and the possibility of growth and change. At the same time, I recognize that each person brings their own beliefs, values, experiences, and questions to therapy.
I welcome people of all faiths and spiritual traditions, as well as those who are uncertain, questioning, or do not identify with a particular faith. You do not need to share my beliefs to work with me.
Our work together is guided by your experiences, concerns, values, and goals. My role is not to direct you toward a particular religious belief or point of view, but to offer a thoughtful, respectful space where we can explore what matters to you and work toward meaningful change.
For some people, faith or spirituality is an important source of meaning, identity, and support. For others, it may be complicated, painful, or not relevant to their lives. If these questions are important to you, we can make room for them in our work together in a way that respects your preferences and what you find helpful.
Whatever your beliefs or background, you are welcome here.
Faith Leaders
Faith leaders experience unique set of dynamics and challenges related to their work of spiritual leadership. I’ve been privileged to journey in therapeutic relationships with faith leaders, exploring the impact that spiritual leadership can have while developing awareness, strategies, and stamina for long-term health and capacity to serve.
